TRAVEL IN CHINA
China’s tourism industry has improved dramatically over the last decade. However, air and land transportation and other facilities may not always meet international standards. In addition your hosts want to show you as much of their country as possible, so the schedule will be demanding with moderate physical activity. Due to the high elevations, altitude sickness can happen to anyone regardless of your age and health condition. Most visitors to Tibet will experience some symptoms that will generally disappear through acclimation. Travel in China requires good physical condition and health, a spirit of adventure, a flexible attitude and a sense of humor. The itinerary is subject to change and modification. Every effort will be made to carry out the program as planned, but alterations may still occur. Participants should be aware that no refunds would be made as a result of unforeseen changes, modifications, or delays.

PASSPORT AND VISA
Each person must carry a valid passport. Visas will be arranged by CCA, Visas are required for China and Tibet.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that at the time of booking you purchase a travel insurance policy of your choice.

Route maps and photographic illustrations are for general purpose only and are not intended to indicate the exact rote, facility, service or hotel, which may vary. Traveling times are approximations only and may vary depending on schedules, actual routing‘s and types of transport.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Twin share accommodation is based on twin or double-bedded rooms, which is allocated by the hotel. Single room accommodation must be reserved by people traveling alone and is subject to the payment of the applicable supplement.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
Details of particular hotels, and itineraries described in this brochure may have changed since publication. Also, changes in airline info and other charges and changes in exchange rates may affect the price of particular trips.

The prices quoted by CCA are subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as fluctuation in exchange rates, increases in land and airfare costs. Itineraries are subject to alteration if airline schedules are amended or other conditions require it.

In the event that change(s) cause your adventure to be substantially different from that first booked, you have the right to withdraw from the booking. Whether a cancellation fee is payable or not will depend on when the cancellation.

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE
A deposit of $1000.00 per person is payable to your travel agent in order to secure a booking. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if travel is not undertaken. Full payment of balance due is payable 60 days before departure, or at the time of confirmation if inside 60 days.

Cancellation
Adventures cancelled after confirmation but over 60 days prior to departure, will forfeit $500.00 per person.

Bookings cancelled between 30-59 days prior to departure will forfeit $1000.00 per person.

Bookings cancelled within 8-29days prior to departure will forfeit 50% of the total tour cost.

Bookings cancelled within 0-7 days prior to departure will forfeit 100% of the total tour cost.
